October 27, 2009 by smartcartsSmart Carts began in a garage in Santa Barbara, CA in 1975…our product hasn’t changed in years, but we have now officially entered the 21st century.
Our new website and blog will hopefully connect all our past customers when there was no internet or email. We look forward to hearing from you all.
